Hypnotherapy is provided through virtual, online visits. The modalities are individualized to the needs of the client.   Kinetic Shift, Neurolinguistic Programming or Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT),  are the main treatment modalities utilized.

I work with clients that are ready for change and ready to actively participate in managing their outcomes.  I work with clients that are stressed, have anxiety, fears, or phobias or those seeking a hypnotic gastric band for weight management.
